We’ve only been in Pittsburgh a month and have a received a warm welcome and several inquires about Astonishing Portraits photography. We are absolutely loving our new city and the warm-hearted, friendly, hard working people whom call themselves “Pittsburghers.” Thank you Pittsburgh for opening your hearts and welcoming us to this wonderful city.
During our first month in Pittsburgh, we have done 3 photo sessions with 3 wonderful young ladies which was a joy to meet and photograph. Though all three were an overwhelming joy, one of these young ladies was very different from the normal Astonishing Portrait client. This young lady, Asphyxia Rose marches to the beat of a different drummer, and is a shining example of you can’t judge a book by its cover. Though Rose’s outward appearance maybe considered quite different from the norm, she extrudes beauty in her own unusual way. They say that true beauty is on the inside and I found Rose to be filled with warmth, sensitivity, compassion, and a delightful sense of humor. It was truly a joy to spend some time and have a photo session with Rose.
